The price is cheap, but it's a great value since the darn things don't wear out. The look is sort of ... clunky, yet I see a lot of copies (of lesser quality) in all the mall stores this year.

Shopping here always a good experience. Selection of shoes that I wanted to look at was good. Ordering was as easy as always, and order arrived next day. More companies need to follow Zappos example of good customer service and fast free shipping.
